Applied Size: Suits 1 to 50 tons’ excavator. (Could be customized for larger tonnage).
Characteristic: Connected with a hinge, the 2 parts could create a jaw-like function that makes sure that the materials could be held tightly and moved away in a most efficient and energy-saving way.
Features & Benefits:
Materials: High strength alloy plate and high strength wearable board WH60A, WH60C. NM400, HARDOX450. All the materials make the bucket become more wear-resisting.
- Using Q345B/NM400 manganese steel, high strength and wear resistance;
- The pin shaft adopts 42CrMo alloy steel with built-in oil passage, high strength, and good toughness;
- The oil cylinder adopts honing pipe and oil seal, with a short working period and long service life;
Optional:
- Quick hitch hoses;
- Safe valve.
Applications:
Excavator grab bucket has been widely used in ports, steel plants, power stations, ships, and garbage treatment plants. It can be also adapted to tower cranes, ship cranes, ship unloaders, traveling cranes, and other types of cranes. Grab bucket is mainly used in cleaning, moving, and for most importantly, organizing materials for preparation before foundation in construction sites.
